Sanja Krtinić, from the citizen’s initiative for the removal of the Mayor of North Mitrovica, stated that the collection of signatures for the removal of the mayor of this municipality will start tomorrow at 9 am.
She confirmed to Tanjug that all the necessary documents have been collected and that the signatures will be collected in the sports hall in Kosovska Mitrovica.
„I call on all citizens to come tomorrow and support the initiative to remove this mayor who does not have the legitimacy to lead our municipality,“ Krtinić said.
She emphasized that the current, illegitimately elected mayor has made decisions that are not in the interest of the citizens of this municipality and added that she expects a large turnout of citizens, as she believes that no one supports the way the municipality is being led in this way.
