Chilean mining company Enami announced today that there is a great interest from potential partners for the lithium extraction project, after releasing the first results from a $10.5 million drilling campaign.
The company stated that according to the research, samples of brine water at the Agilar deposit showed an average concentration of 740 milligrams of lithium per liter, as reported by Bloomberg.
Enami expects that these results will help in finding partners for financing, development, and management of the project, and interested companies have until Friday to submit their applications.
